Borescopes have come a long way since I bought one. The last few that we bought were made by Ridgid (Emerson) under the brand name See Snake. We used them for sewer inspection - and naturally the “snake” portion that was unreeled into the sewer line had to be watertight. I can highly recommend them - but they are probably priced way out of your range (I make this assumption based on your Klein examples) and needs. I think that they may sell a smaller handheld version but even that may be in the $500 range
