Recently I found this 125mm (5") Metabo blade for wall chasers, it seems it would fit DeWALT newly released 60V cordless wall chaser, I wonder if it would be enough powerful to turn three blades or not. This triple blade chases the groove fully and you don’t need to use a SDS+ chisel to remove the section between two tiny grooves that double blades (wall chaser blades) make. I want to use it for the wall where the electrical back boxes will sit, the aim is to leave much flatter platform behind the back box so the back box can sit level and flush to the wall, other solutions do not work very well.
Yes you can use the disk. However why don’t you not by buy a spare single disk and use it. The benefit to that is you can change any disk when you need to. Buy the way… I’ve got the wall chaser and i use 3 disks on it. It works so well.
