Does anybody have an update on whether or not Milwaukee will offer a cordless circular saw that’s track compatible in 2021 ?

Even though patent has expired for prticular (Festo’Tool - Mafell) all new track makers still have to pay for their own track shape.
Whilst AEG trademark owners TTS had a saw made and discontinued, it would mean new patent for Milwaukee marked tool.
Might happen, it’s not engineering question but it’s a matter of main patent holders (FesTool - Mafell - Bosch +? TTS ) agreeing commercial interests.
If TTS (Milwaukee - Ridgid (AEG)- Royobi) would go “own” patent like DeWalt (Black and Decker) it wouldn’t fare that well in the market as there are well established (6®+) shapes already.
