Hello all, looking for some opinions/advice on what I should use to cut a set of 2 25mm lifting lugs off a 25mm plate. In the past, I’ve relied on the standard oxyfuel process but found myself spending tons of time reworking the base plate to get the cut closer to the plate itself.
I’ve been told the company “Hypertherm” has made some consumables that angle the cut to get incredibly close to the base plate.
Does anyone have experience using this tool from Hypertherm called “FlushCut”? I’ll link the product page below.
