Most of the time i go to youtube if i cant find anything i want there i just do a search on google, and find review websites like this https://www.auditpowertools.com/ Some of the forums are quite good like http://www.garagejournal.com/ among a few others.
I also try and look at the amazon reviews, if they are selling the tool of course.
