Working Winter gear

Can anyone recommend working (jobsite) winter gear…
Jackets?
Gloves?
Etc.

I’ve been pretty happy with my fleece lined work pants from Duluth my sister-in-law bought me. They are heavy, but the fabric has some stretch, which makes them feel much less confining. The loose fleece lining is a lot more comfortable than long underwear. Their new models have a fused fleece lining, which a few reviewers complain about. I haven’t tried them, but I bet they’re still better than long underwear.

I’m in Michigan and have been working outside most of the winter. This is my standard outfit:

Top, tee shirt, flannel, hoodie, Dickies mechanic style coat, sometimes a Carhartt coat.
Bottom, pajama pants tucked into wool socks, Smith Workware fleece fused pants, in under 20° days Carhartt bibs.
Hands, Holmes goat leather winter gloves.
